Toto ist ein Tarotspiel mit 78 Karten. Es orientiert sich am Aufbau eines klassischen Tarotdecks, verwendet jedoch eigene Begriffe und Bezeichnungen. Statt traditioneller Kartennamen finden sich Titel wie „das Spilunkige“, „das Drehende“, „das Bewegende“, „das Hängende“, „das Fließende“ oder „das Knilchige“.

Die Karten sind Teil von Zirlefanz, meinem eigenen Bild- und Figurenkosmos. Einige Motive und Charaktere tauchen auch in anderen Arbeiten wieder auf und bilden Verbindungen innerhalb dieser Welt.

Das Kartenset umfasst 78 Karten im DIN-A6-Format (Postkartengröße). Die Karten werden in einer passenden Box geliefert und eignen sich zum Auslegen, Spielen, Sammeln oder als Kunstobjekt.
Toto ist kein traditionelles Tarot, sondern eine eigenständige Interpretation des Formats mit eigener Bildsprache und eigenen Begriffen.

Toto is a tarot deck consisting of 78 cards. While it follows the structure of a traditional tarot deck, it uses its own terminology and naming system. Instead of conventional card titles, the deck includes names such as “the Spelunkish,” “the Turning,” “the Moving,” “the Hanging,” “the Flowing,” and “the Knilchish.”

The cards are part of Zirlefanz, my own visual universe. Some characters and motifs also appear in other works, creating connections across this world.

The set contains 78 cards in A6 format (postcard size). The cards are packaged in a matching box and can be used for card readings, collecting, playing, or as an art object.

Toto is not a traditional tarot deck but an independent interpretation of the format with its own visual language and vocabulary.
